Sign In

When you sign in, please make sure that you only use the first 6 digits of your account number as your username.

Accessing your Web User Account

Fox Account Holders have received an email to activate your account on the new website. If you have not received the email and have not activated your account, You can request a webuser account here.

Activated your account already, but need to reset your password? On the Sign In page click on "Forgot Password". Fill in your 6 digit account number as your username. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password at the address we have on file.

Locate Your Model Number

With thousands of appliance parts available, we want to help you get the correct part for your appliance.  Having the exact model number from your appliance is important in your parts search.  You can use our Model Number Locations page to find where the model number plate is located on your appliance.

Then use your model number in our Model number search bar at the top of the page to locate the part number you need.

Selecting Shipping or Pickup

After you have added items to your cart, click on the cart icon in the top right corner to go to your cart. You can select your "Fulfillment Method" of Shipping or Pickup. When selecting pickup you can choose your preferred store location. We will process pickup orders within 2 hours

Parts Research

We have multiple ways to find the part you need. Once you locate your model number, you can use the Model Lookup search bar at the top of the website.

We also offer the WDA Catalog to research your parts.

Model Lookup

Fox offers a Model Lookup service to help you find the exact parts you need. 

First, locate the model number on your appliance.  See our Model Number Locations page for assistance in locating your model number.

Enter your model number in the Model Search bar on the header of the Fox site.

You can look at different model drawings to identify the part you need.  Add it to your cart to purchase.
