What type of parts do you sell?

We sell parts and supplies for major appliances, heating and air conditioning. This includes parts for household appliances;  refrigerator, dishwasher, range, washer, dryer, and more. We also sell equipment and supplies for Heating and Air Conditioning systems. 


How do I know if you have the part for my model?

You can enter your model number in the search bar at the top of the Fox home page.  Need help locating your model number?  Click here for assistance in locating your model number. If you are unable to locate your model information and need further assistance, please use our live chat at the bottom of your screen, text us at 404-363-3313, or call us at any branch location.  Visit our location page


How do I find a Fox location near me?

Visit our locations page to find one of our locations across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida.  If you are not close to a location to pick up parts in the same day, we can ship parts to you.


How do I place an order with Fox?

Online ordering saves time and money.  Orders can be placed in person, online, by phone or fax.  If you have an account, log in to the website before you complete your order.  If you do not have an account, you can check out as a guest.  All orders are processed at our warehouse in Lake City, Ga.  


How can I get the parts I need?

Your order can be picked up in Lake City or shipped to the location of your choice.  Orders placed by 4pm will be shipped out the same day.  Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the following business day. (Free shipping to a Fox location or small shipping fee to the location of choice).


Is there anything else I need to give you besides my name?

Please make sure you include contact information, purchase order number, and any comments or additional information we need to accurately complete your order.  You may place multiple customer needs in a single order to expedite the ordering process.


How do I open an account at Fox?

How do I log in to the website?

If you are an account holder at Fox, you will have a log in provided to you. If you have not already received an email, please request a Log In or contact us at 404-363-3313.


How do I know which warehouses have the parts in stock?

When you are logged in to the Fox website you can search for the part you need.  On the product page you will see a link to "View Availability by Warehouse".  Non stock products will not have a location and will be special ordered.  


Can I place an order if I don't own a business or have a Fox Account?

Yes!  You can checkout as a Guest.  Our guests can browse and purchase thousands of items on our websites.  You can request to have items shipped to your location or pick up at the nearest Fox location
