Fox Order Approval

 

When shopping as a Requisitioner, Buyer 1 or Buyer 2, orders must be approved before placing an order.

At the Checkout page, orders can be submitted to be approved by an Account Administrator.

Account Administrators can approve orders through the Account Dashboard.

From the Order Approval page, select the order you would like to approve by clicking on the order number.

The order details will show the ship to address, Items and quantity selected, and total price.

By clicking on the Approve Order button at the bottom of the screen, the order will be added to the cart of the Administrator.  At the checkout page, the order can be adjusted as needed; including quantity, items, or shipping information.
