Password Reset

Fox account holders will receive an initial email to set their initial password.  

If you happen to forget your password, you can quickly and easily reset it from the Sign In page. Just click "Forget Password?" under the Sign In Button.

From there, a pop up will request your email.  Enter your email and click "Reset Password".  This will send you an email shortly with further instructions.

You can also change your password at any time by clicking Change Password in the Quick Links section of the My Account Dashboard. From there, type in your existing password, then type in your new password, and then re-type it underneath that. Remember that passwords must be at least 7 characters long and include at least one number.
